Cloud Services
What most businesses call the cloud is one Microsoft tenant and everything hanging off it: who can sign in and from where, which devices are allowed to reach the data, where the files live, and what happens the week after someone deletes a site. NetSys runs that tenant end to end. Entra ID and Conditional Access, Intune device compliance, SharePoint and OneDrive, Azure workloads and Azure Virtual Desktop, and a Microsoft 365 backup that does not depend on Microsoft retention windows. Month to month, from our office at 1 Prospect Park SW in Brooklyn.
Cloud work at NetSys is mostly Microsoft work. We run Microsoft 365 tenants day to day: licensing, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive, Teams, and the Entra ID identity layer underneath all of it. We move companies onto the platform from on-premises Exchange and file servers or from Google Workspace, and we move servers, SQL and file storage into Azure when that is where the workload belongs rather than on aging hardware in a back office closet. Latoya Reed leads the Microsoft 365 and cloud side of the practice.
A Smarter, More Secure Way to Work
We build the tenant before we move anything into it. Azure gets a landing zone with subscriptions, networking and role assignments decided up front instead of accumulating over time. Conditional Access is written so that reaching company data requires a known user on a device Intune is checking for compliance. SharePoint and OneDrive get a structure agreed before the old file server is copied in, because a migration is the last easy chance to fix a folder tree nobody wants to own. Then the move runs in phases, old and new in parallel, and no phase cuts over until it validates.

Cloud Services FAQs
How long does a cloud migration take?
Most SMB migrations run four to ten weeks depending on workloads. We plan first, migrate in phases, and cut over on weekends with parallel-run validation so your team barely notices the move.
Will we lose data during the migration?
No. We run old and new systems in parallel and validate every mailbox, file share, and database before cut-over — our migrations have a 100% data-fidelity record.
Microsoft 365 or Azure — which do we need?
Microsoft 365 covers email, documents, and collaboration; Azure hosts servers, databases, and applications. Most growing businesses use both — we design the right mix for your workloads, security needs, and budget.
