The short answer

As a cloud IT services provider, NetSys builds the tenant first, migrates in phases with old and new systems running in parallel, and manages the result month to month.
Cloud work at NetSys is mostly Microsoft work. We run Microsoft 365 tenants day to day: licensing, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive, Teams, and the Entra ID identity layer underneath all of it. We move companies onto the platform from on-premises Exchange and file servers or from Google Workspace, and we move servers, SQL and file storage into Azure when that is where the workload belongs rather than on aging hardware in a back office closet. A Smarter, More Secure Way to Work
We build the tenant before we move anything into it. Azure gets a landing zone with subscriptions, networking and role assignments decided up front instead of accumulating over time. Conditional Access is written so that reaching company data requires a known user on a device Intune is checking for compliance. SharePoint and OneDrive get a structure agreed before the old file server is copied in, because a migration is the last easy chance to fix a folder tree nobody wants to own. Then the move runs in phases, old and new in parallel, and no phase cuts over until it validates.

We publish no rate card. These are the inputs behind a quote, for the migration and for running the environment afterward:
- Users and devices: management is priced per user per month, and device count shapes the scope
- Data volume: the mailboxes, file shares and archives to move, and how much the folder structure needs cleaning up
- Workloads moving to Azure: each server, database and application, and whether it moves as-is or is rebuilt
- Azure usage: compute, storage and data transfer billed by Microsoft, which you can estimate with Microsoft's pricing calculator before committing
- Compliance scope: HIPAA, NYDFS or SEC obligations add controls, logging and documentation
- On-site needs: cutover weekends and hardware work at your office
A migration is quoted as a project; running the environment afterward is a monthly service.
