Managed IT Services
There comes a point where IT stops being one person's side job. There's a second location, a server that still matters, a Microsoft 365 tenant nobody really owns, and a client or insurer asking security questions in writing. The NetSys Group runs that whole environment — 24/7 monitoring with fast helpdesk response, security, infrastructure, backups, and the strategy work — for established businesses across the New York metro, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Month to month, like everything we do.
The short answer
Managed IT services mean one provider owns your technology end to end: 24/7 monitoring with fast helpdesk response, servers and network, Microsoft 365, patching, backups, the security stack, and the budgeting and roadmap work an owner shouldn't have to do. The NetSys Group delivers that for established businesses — companies with more than one location, a first internal IT hire, or servers that haven't fully moved to the cloud. Our office is in Brooklyn, engineers work on-site across the New York metro, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, and monitoring runs around the clock wherever your systems are. Every agreement is month to month, and every client gets a dedicated account manager with their real cell number.
Technology should move your organization forward—not slow you down. The NetSys Group delivers fully managed IT services that keep your systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. From day-to-day support to long-term strategy, we provide everything you need to maintain a reliable and productive technology environment.

Built for the Stage Where IT Becomes Infrastructure
The problems change shape as a company grows. This service is built for the stretch where technology stops being someone's side job and starts being infrastructure the business depends on.
- Two or more locations to connect, secure, and keep in sync
- A hybrid reality — cloud for most things, but a server or two still running something critical
- A first internal IT hire who needs an engineering bench behind them, not a replacement
- Clients, insurers, or regulators now asking security questions in writing
- Enough headcount that onboarding and offboarding happen most months
- Growth plans that make "we'll deal with it when it breaks" the expensive option

“Before working with NetSys, our technology and cybersecurity systems were spread across different vendors, and nobody had full responsibility for the environment. NetSys reviewed our Microsoft 365 accounts, network security, endpoint protection and backup systems, then created a prioritized plan around the risks most likely to interrupt operations. They improved account security, documented our recovery process and gave leadership a clear picture of what was protected and what still needed attention.”
Managed IT Services FAQs
Do you require long-term contracts?
No — every NetSys agreement is month to month. We keep clients by performing, not by locking them in; that's why our retention rate runs 98%.
Do we get a dedicated contact, or a ticket queue?
A dedicated account manager with their real cell phone number, backed by engineers who already know your environment. There is no tier-1 ticket queue to climb.
Can you co-manage IT with our internal team?
Yes. Many clients have us handle monitoring, security, and infrastructure while their internal staff keeps day-to-day user support — we fit the model to you.
Is NetSys managed IT a fit for a business like ours?
The fit has less to do with headcount than with stage. When there's more than one location, a first IT hire who needs an engineering bench behind them, servers that haven't fully moved to the cloud, and clients or insurers starting to ask security questions in writing, technology has stopped being someone's side job and become infrastructure the business depends on. That's the point where a managed relationship earns its keep. If you're not sure where you sit, start with the free on-site penetration test — an engineer comes out, shows you what's actually exposed, and you keep the findings either way.
Do you cover NYC, Westchester, and Fairfield County, Connecticut?
Yes. We have one office — 1 Prospect Park SW in Brooklyn — and we don't claim satellites we don't have. Engineers work on-site across the five boroughs, Westchester, the lower Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut including Stamford and the Fairfield County coast, and Pennsylvania, with additional on-site coverage in Southwest Florida and Palo Alto, California. Monitoring runs around the clock remotely, and helpdesk and security work are delivered remotely regardless of where you sit.
What's covered by the managed service, and what's a separate project?
Monitoring, helpdesk, patching, endpoint and email security, backup administration, vendor coordination, user onboarding and offboarding, and the strategy and budget work are part of the managed service. Discrete projects — a cloud migration, an office build-out, a server replacement — get scoped on their own so you can plan them properly. We tell you which bucket something falls into before the work starts, not after.
We have more than one location. Can you support all of them?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. Our published medical case study connects seven locations in real time over an encrypted VPN mesh, with role-based access control and encryption in transit and at rest across all of them. Multi-site connectivity, a consolidated Microsoft 365 tenant, and one view of every site's health are normal work here, not a special engagement.
What's involved in switching from our current IT provider?
Discovery first. We document what you actually have — systems, licenses, vendors, backups, and who holds which admin credentials — because that inventory is usually where the surprises live. Then we take over in a planned order, security and backups first, and coordinate the handover with your outgoing provider. You can also start with the free on-site penetration test, which lets you watch our engineers work before you sign anything.
